It is an internal state: the restoration of your ability to choose love over fear, trust over control, truth over self-invention.
When freedom is honored, hearts awaken.
When freedom is violated — by force, fear, deception — love dies and distortion deepens.
In this work, freedom is essential to healing, because only in freedom can you lay down the burden of distortion and choose to come home.
